SENA won 2 honorable awards at the SET Awards 2019 in the Business Excellence Awards category of which are the “Outstanding CEO Awards” and “Outstanding Company Performance Awards”. These awards are given to listed companies with outstanding performances and internationally-recognized quality and are setting new standards for the capital market, while acting as driving force to motivate authorities and various sectors of the society to continue to maximize their organization’s potential.
SENA Development PCL won 5 major awards at the “Thailand Property Awards 2019”. Such event has been organized over the years to honor property development companies with outstanding performances. This is the most accredited award with the longest history in the property industry.
SENA was awarded a trophy and a certificate of competitiveness for selection of quality property projects corresponding to the housing standards in the “Best Boutique Low Rise Condominium” and “High Rise Condominium” category, meeting the PEAT 2018 standard, organized by the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA).
SENA was awarded on Innovation Ability and Excellent Innovation Organization in the Innovative Organization Service category, Project of Innovation Ability Promotion for Entrepreneurs in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
SENA announced the achievement by winning 4 awards at the ‘Thailand Property Awards 2017’ event, which was Thailand’s best property developer contest. It was considered Asia’s longest- running award in the real estate industry.
